HP Deskjet 3510 e-All-in-One Printer series

I've been trying for days to get my HP deskjet 3510 to connect to my internet. I'm using my tablet, to help out.

So on my tablet, and it says no internetaccess access detected, won't automatically reconnect. So, my printer is not connecting to internet!

Thanks in advance.

Hi @Dogmtnpine1

Welcome to HP Forums. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips

I understand that you are unable to get your HP Deskjet 3510 connected. Are you trying to print from your Tablet?

I'd like to help.

Is it an Android or iOS Tablet?

Have you tried printing using the WiFi-Direct feature on your Printer?

- Restart your Tablet.

- On the printer, Press the Wireless button to access the Wireless Status screen. 2. Press the Settings button to access the Wireless Settings menu. 3. Select Restore to Default. 4. Confirm selection to restore defaults.

- To use Wireless Direct, you need to turn on Wireless Direct from the control panel, and get the Wireless Direct name and password if you have Wireless Direct security on:

- From the Home screen, touch Wireless and then select Settings.

- If the display shows that Wireless Direct is Off, select Wireless Direct and then select On (No Security) or On (With Security).

- NOTE: HP recommends that you turn on security for Wireless Direct.

- If you turn on security, only users with the password will be able to connect wirelessly to the printer.

- If you turn off security, anyone with a Wi-Fi device within Wi-Fi range of the printer will be able to connect to the printer.

- Select Display Name to display the Wireless Direct name.

- Select Display Password to display the Wireless Direct password if you have the Wireless Direct security on.

- From your Tablet, turn wireless on, search for and connect to the Wireless Direct name, for example: HP-Print-XX-Deskjet 3510 series. If you have Wireless Direct security on, enter the Wireless Direct password when prompted.

You can refer to page 33 in this User- manual on how to use the WiFi-Direct.

Let me know how it goes.

Thank you. 🙂
