HP DeskJet Plus Ink Advantage 6475 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi there!
I'm using a HP 250 G8 Laptop and a Galaxy A35 mobile. Does anybody can guide me on how to setup remote printing to home, at my HP printer?
Thank you

Hi @YannisAng, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Yes! You can set up remote printing to your HP DeskJet Plus Ink Advantage 6475 using HP Smart and HP ePrint. Follow these steps:

Option 1: HP Smart App (Recommended)

This allows printing from anywhere via your HP account.

Step 1: Connect Your Printer to HP Smart

  1. Ensure your printer is connected to Wi-Fi.
  2. On your HP 250 G8 Laptop:
    • Download HP Smart from the Microsoft Store: Download HP Smart
    • Open HP Smart and add your printer.
  3. On your Galaxy A35:
    • Download HP Smart from the Google Play Store.
    • Open the app and sign in to your HP account.
    • Add your printer.

Step 2: Enable Mobile Printing

  1. Open HP Smart on your laptop or phone.
  2. Tap on Mobile Fax or Print Anywhere (if available).
  3. Follow the setup instructions to enable remote printing.

Step 3: Print Remotely

  • From your phone/laptop, open HP Smart and select Print Documents or Photos.
  • Choose your file and select your HP DeskJet Plus Ink Advantage 6475.
  • Tap Print.

Option 2: HP ePrint (Alternative)

This lets you send documents via email to print remotely.

Step 1: Find Your Printer’s ePrint Email

  1. Press the Wireless button on your printer.
  2. Print a Network Configuration Page (if needed).
  3. Look for the HP ePrint email address.

Step 2: Send a Print Job

  1. From your Galaxy A35 or Laptop, open your email app.
  2. Attach the file you want to print and send it to the printer’s ePrint email.
  3. Your printer will automatically print the document.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
