Hello @cupcakeuk,
Glad to know that the issue is fixed. Great stuff & I appreciate your efforts!
I would suggest you click on the three horizontal lines at the top right corner of Mozilla Firefox and then choose print from the list.
That should get the print function work correctly.
If the issue persists, then I would suggest you completely uninstall the Firefox and then download reinstall the same.
Those steps should do the trick, let me know the outcome!
