Hello, I wirelessly set up the HP ENVY 4500 printer to my labtop, but for some reason I can't print because it's saying that the printer is offline. Does anyone know what I can do to make the printer go online? I'm not sure what to do. I have already tried uninstalling the printer and then installing it again.

Hi! @josephine1994, Welcome to the HP support community!
Don't worry I'll try to help you out. Please answer few questions below to assist you better.
Did you make any changes to your printer?
Have you replaced the router recently?
Are there any interferences between the printer and the router?
Let's continue with the troubleshooting now.
Please share the operating system you are running on the PC to assist you better.
Splendid analysis and remarkable patience shown. It is immensely appreciated.
Restart router, computer and PC together and try connecting the printer to the network again.
If you have a dual-band router, make sure it is set to the 2.4 GHz band. If your router is set to the 5 GHz band, the printer cannot connect to the network.
Try assigning a manual IP to your printer and check if it helps.
• Obtain the IP address of the printer – You can touch the “wireless” icon on the printer control panel to get the IP address.
• Type the IP address on your web browser to obtain the printer EWS page on your computer.
• Go to the “Network” tab – Click on “Wireless (802.11) – Then click on “Network address (IPv4)
• Click on the radio button which says, “Manual IP” and then click “Suggest a manual IP address” to give a manual IP address to your printer.
• Click on radio button which says, “Manual DNS Server” and under manual preferred type 8.8.8.8 and under manual alternate type 8.8.4.4 (This is Google DNS server address)
• Restart the printer and then router once done.
If the issue still persists uninstall the printer from root level on your PC and install the full feature printer software. (Only for Windows PC)
In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
Select your HP printer.
Select Uninstall.
In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
Click on Drivers tab.
Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click remove at the bottom.
Select OK.
Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
Close Devices and Printers
