Product: HP ENVY 7645 printer
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

MY HP ENVY 7645 all in one printer had black ink cartridge replaced today

I recently updated my Mac desktop to Catalina 

 

my printouts are missing entire lines and missing tops or bottom of lines.

I have triple cleaned my printheads

I understand you have issues with the print quality on the printer. If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
