Hi,
I have had the printer a few months, and all has been working fine with web services. Then all of a sudden it stopped working and has been like this for several days. I have followed the troubleshooting instructions. I've turned everything off and on again. The printer is connected to the wireless network and I can print over wireless. However, when I try to scan and send to email I get the message "Unable to connect to web services. The server may be down. Please try later etc." When I connect to the printer's url on my web browser, the settings page says that web services are connected:
HP eprint: on.
print apps: on.
PC says that web services are on, yet printer says they aren't. Please help. Thanks

Thanks for replying. Try re-enabling the Web-Services -
Step 1 Remove the Web-Services -
1. From the top of the screen, touch or swipe down the tab to open the Dashboard, touch ( HP ePrint ), and then touch (Web Services Settings).
2. Touch Remove Web Services.
Step 2 Reboot the devices -
1. Turn off the Router, Printer, and the computer/ mobile devices.
2. Wait for 60 seconds.
3. Turn on the Router first and wait for all the lights to stabilize.
4. Turn on the printer and allow it to configure itself.
5. Turn on the computer/ mobile devices.
Step 3 Re-enable the Web-Services -
1. From the top of the screen, touch or swipe down the tab to open the Dashboard, and then touch ( Setup ).
2. Touch Web Services Setup .
3. Touch Yes to accept the Web Services terms of setup.
4. The printer will automatically check updates and set up Web Services.
5. Touch OK when you see Web Services have been set up successfully.
6. When the printer is connected to the server, the printer prints an information page, and shows Web Services Summary on the screen.
Let me know.

Hi,
I have followed these steps of removing web services, turning off the printer, turning off the router, then restarting router, printer, and re-enabling web services, as you suggest, and the page prints as you suggest, although on the printed page it says near the top "Printer email address Not available at this time".
As soon as the page has printed, the message then appears again:
"The printer was unable to connect to Web Services server because the server might be busy or temporarily unavailable. However the printer will try to connect again"

The only option left is to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps!
