I have configured a 3750 printer and all the values, both for network connection and webservices, are correct, but when I send a message to the printer's email address, I receive the "job received" verification message, but the document is not printed. Everything is ok, everything is checked 1000 times. Is the service down?

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that ePrint jobs are not printing, I am glad to assist you.

If the print job is received and does not print then it could be because the email had an attachment but did not have text in the body of the email.

To fix this issue, add text in the body of the email and then resend the email and attachment.

(Note:- Though this document is for different printer models, these steps should fix the issue)
