There was a paper jam. The only way to remove the jammed paper was to remove the paper tray from the HP Envy 120. I cannot get the tray back into the printer. There are NO video guides for this.
The printer has hooks on the end so it will not go in. There is nothing broken or in the way.
Can someone please tell me what to do? I have to throw away a perfectly good printer because of this problem.
