HP Envy 4500 e-All-in-One
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I recently set up an HP Envy 4500 e-All-in-One printer, and the printer doesn't seem to want to connect to my wifi. It is picking up my wirless network, but when typing in my passcode the printer is telling me that it's an invalid passcode.

After speaking with the cable company, it seems as though the printer is looking for a WPA/WEP security connection channel but my wireless router is on a WPA-LSK. I've been trying to figure out how to change the security connection setting on the printer but I haven't had any luck.

Any advice on how to resolve this matter would be helpful...

WPA-LSK? No such thing. Set your router to WPA2-AES and connect again.

how do you set it to WPA2-AES?

Access your routers admin pages. Information is in your router manual.

gotcha, I didn't have documentation or instructions for it so I called the cable company. It was already on WPA2-AES. We switched some of the security settings on the router, reset the thing back to original settings, and still no luck. I'm guessing it has to be a software issue with the printer itself or maybe some update or driver I need to install on it.
