Hello,

 

 

I own a HP Envy 4520 and was trying to follow the instructions for duplex printing given here: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Inkjet-Printing/HP-Envy-4520-Will-no-longer-double-side-print/td-p/628...

 

However, after I clicked "reset printing system" and my printer's connection was reset, my HP Envy 4520 no longer shows up in the printer list when I click the "add button" (+) option. 

 

Is there something obvious I am missing? Any advice is appreciated as I strongly need to print and have no access to other printers. Thank you!

Edited to add: I've also tried to reconnect the printer to the Internet using my personal WiFi network, however it doesn't seem to be able to reconnect. I printed the error message that claims that "No Filtering" failed. However I checked my router and found that MAC address filtering was not enabled. 

 

I have also successfully connected both my computer and printer to another WiFi network (not my own), but even then the printer will not show up in the Add Printer list.
