HP Envy 5010 wont appear on PC or iPhone

Hi,

I recently purchased an HP Envy 5010 all-in-one. I unpacked it and followed the instructions on the app for my computer. Once connected to my wifi the app could not find my printer. The same is with the app on my iPhone, it asks me to connect to the 'HP Setup' on the wifi list and it is not displayed.

I have tried a power drain on all the devices and searched this forums but nothing has worked.

If you have not done so, download-save-install the Full Feature Software for the printer.

HP ENVY 5000 All-in-One Printer series Full Feature Software and Driver

After the software is installed, Restart the computer and log in.

General Comments

• If your printer supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz, make sure you are broadcasting (enabled) on both  bandwidths.
• Assign a separate SSID (network name) to each bandwidth.   (Password / Passphrase can be the same for both.)
• Assign / Connect printer, computers, phone to the appropriate bandwidth.
• Devices should all be on the same subnet.
