Product: HP ENVY 5663 e-All-in-One Printer

I’ve been printing from my iPhone (that is the only way I can print at home) and it’s been working fine. Then two days ago I keep getting an error message saying “the printer is out of paper (photo tray)”. I’m not trying to print anything from the photo tray. The regular print paper tray has plenty of copy paper. I’ve followed all of the troubleshooting guidance provided by HP, reset the printer, uninstalled and reinstalled the HP print app on my phone and it is still not working. Any advice?
