HP Envy 6022
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My modem has what they call a simplified configuration wich basically means that my 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz bandwith have the same name.

Never before have I encountered a problem with this until now. The HP Envy 6022 tells me it tries to connect to a 5Ghz network but it needs a 2.4Ghz.

Is there a work around that doesn't involve creating two sperate network names? (That would mean I need to update all my current devices with the new names...)

Hi @JurgenC85,

I'd like to help!

The printer supports both 2.4 and 5 GHz.

Could you share the exact error that you receive?

Keep me posted.
