Hi, 

 

I have just bought the product, entered the PIN on the wifi of the product detected by my computer, then same with HP Smart App, but it says password incorrect, I don't know what to do.

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

Restore the printer to the original network settings

On the back of the printer, press and hold the Wireless button for at least three seconds.

 

Refer steps mentioned on page no.26 in this user guide to setup wireless connection:- Click here
