Every time I print via AirPrint on my lounge printer, the printer heads audibly ready themselves inside the printer, and it sounds like paper begins to load….but then the printer pings and the orange side light comes on, and the green down arrow lights up. In order to print, I need to press the green arrow every time. The thing is, I have exactly the same printer in my office, and it air prints fine, with no need to press any arrows. I’ve factory reset the printer and it’s still doing it. What do I need to do to fix this? It’s so frustrating! 😡

Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand you're experiencing an issue with your HP device, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'm here to help you today.
It sounds frustrating, especially since your other printer works fine with AirPrint. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue with your HP Envy 6032e:
Check Printer Settings:
- Make sure the printer settings are the same as your office printer. Look for any differences in configuration, especially related to AirPrint.
Firmware Update:
- Ensure the printer firmware is up to date. You can check this in the HP Smart app or on the HP website. An update might resolve connectivity issues.
- Use this link to update the firmware, Click HERE
Network Connection:
- Verify that the lounge printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your devices. Sometimes, a connection issue can lead to communication problems.
AirPrint Settings:
- Make sure that AirPrint is enabled on the printer. You can usually find this in the printer settings menu on the control panel.
Clear Print Queue:
- On your device, clear any pending print jobs. Sometimes, a stuck job can cause issues with printing.
Use the HP Smart App:
- Try printing using the HP Smart app instead of AirPrint to see if the issue persists.
Check for Paper Jams:
- Inspect the printer for any paper jams or obstructions that might be causing the issue.
Reset Network Settings:
- You can reset the printer’s network settings, then reconnect it to your Wi-Fi network. This can sometimes resolve connectivity issues.
Factory Reset:
- Since you've already done a factory reset, make sure to set it up as a new printer rather than restoring any previous settings that might still be causing the issue.
I hope this helps! Keep me posted.
