Earlier today my printer worked. This evening suddently I can't print from the web, the printer pop up says the printer is not connected. But nothing has changed since earlier this morning. The printer is powered on and connected to WiFi. I was able to print from my iPhone so the wireless is working. **bleep**????
This printer is barely a year old and I'm about to throw it out the window and buy another brand! I can't figure out how to reconnect to my iMac.
Any suggestions other than having to un-install everything and reinstall?

Hi,
Please ensure your Mac is connected to the same wireless network as the printer, and not get connected to another network by mistake.
Additionally, try restarting the router, once your internet connection returns restart the printer and see if you may see any difference.

As I already mentioned...there is nothing wrong with the WiFi. The printer is connected to the WiFi properly, and I was able to print from my iPhone. The WiFi is NOT the problem. And there is only ONE WiFi connection at this house, so it's not connected to another one. I am not about to reset the router when it is working properly. It's this printer. Any other suggestions on how to reconnect the printer to my MAC????

The "fix" was unplugging the printer completely - including unplugging from the printer itself - and letting it sit like that for several hours. Fixed my "not scanning" issue and the printing from my MAC issue.
