Hi I have a wireless connection from an HP Pavilion Windows 10 laptop to an HP Envy Photo 7130 printer. Although I can still print, each time I have to attempt to connect to Web Services. When I try I receive a message that 'The printer could not connect to Web Services. The server may be temporarily unavailable. Try again later'.
At the beginning of the month I disabled web services, switched off and on and re-enabled web services and the issue appeared to be resolved.
Unfortunately it's back and the same disable/enable trick does not work.
When I open HP Smart the status of the printer is ready. When I open my Instant Ink account it is online; yet this web service issue persists.
I have followed all the steps here https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c05337026 and this has not resolved the issue.
My network configuration page shows a real url 192.xxx.x.xx and internet is 'connected'.
Advice appreciated. Thanks in advance.

@HereInHope, Welcome to HP Support Community!
Follow the steps below-
Update the printer firmware
Download available firmware updates from the HP website
With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Assign manual IP to the printer
The steps on how to set a manual IP address can be found here.
For the DNS servers please use 8.8.8.8 for the Manual Preferred DNS Server and 8.8.4.4 for the Alternate DNS server. These are Google’s public DNS servers.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hi
Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately this has not resolved the issue.
The firmware was already up to date, automatic updates are enabled.
I have manually assigned an IP as per the YouTube clip and the DNS servers are now of the 8.8. prefix characters.
The Server Problem message remains.
It's frustrating since, when looking online at the Web Services tab, the Overview screen has a green tick, status is Enabled, Internet connection is Connected and Printer connection to HP Connected also states Connected.
Yet in spite of all this it's seemingly not.
If you have additional suggestions I would appreciate it.
Thanks
