HP Envy printer settings keyboard capitalize second letter

I need to capitalize the letter “U” on my HP Envy 5660 printer. I tried  holding down the up arrow for capitalization, but I get a capital T not a capital U

Follow the steps below. 

To restore the product to the factory-default settings, follow these steps.

1. Turn the product off. Disconnect the power cable from the product for 30 seconds and then reconnect.
2. Turn the product on while you press and hold the Resume button for 10-20 seconds. The Attention light turns on.
3. Release the Resume button.
    

Once done, update the firmware from here
