HP DeskJet 2630 All-in-One Printer

Hello,

since today I'm trying to print, sending by email, I've ceived the confirmation "HP Eprint not working, but I receive a confirmation email."

I've checked everything, but I do not know what more to do, the printer is connected, working, it's a simple printer, so there's no much I can check.

I've already obtained the information page and I can it's connected with a correct IP.

I have no more ideas.

Regards,

Sebastian

Welcome to the HP English Community --

Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do on your side beyond checking that your job meets the criteria demanded by the ePrint service.

There are a bunch of rules -- break any one of these and the job will fail.

No rules broken?

The confirmation email is the only hint you will receive.

A job received at the HP side might -- or might not -- print anytime between now and within 24 hours of the submission.

After that, the job will have been removed from the server.

What if?

There is no way to check the HP side servers,

There is no way to contact HP about jobs that do not complete,

There is no way to troubleshoot incomplete jobs.

ePrint is old tech --

When it works, great.

When it does not work, you must use other means to get the job to your printer.

This generally means that when you are on the same network as the printer, submit a job to print the content.

Subject:  ePrint Job Received

Content:

Thank you for using HP's ePrint service. Your print job has been received and prepared for printing.

If the job does not print, make sure:
1. The printer's email address was entered correctly
2. The printer is online
3. You have permission to use the printer
4. Total size of all attachments does not exceed 10MB
5. Total of 10 attachments or less

Please note that a print job might be delayed by slow email delivery or a slow Internet connection.

HP Smart account owners can turn off ePrint job status emails at www.hpsmart.com. NOTE: HP Smart is not available in all regions. Sign into your account at www.hpsmart.com, select the “Change Settings” button for your printer on the “My Printers” page, enable the “Allowed” option in ePrint Access, and remove the checkmark from “Get notified when an ePrint is sent” option. NOTE: This option is not available in regions where HP Smart is not available.
