I tried to activate the 3 month trial during setup (Easy App), but it said the offer is not available. I created an account on Instant Ink but the offer won't show on my account page. Can you please actuvate it for me?

Hey there! @Ciao74,

Please share a picture of the 3-month free trial. So we can credit you the free months to your account.

When you buy a new printer and set it up either at 123.hp.com or using the HP Smart app, you are offered a free trial of Instant Ink.
The number of free months depends on the offer at the time and the country of enrollment.
You must take advantage of this offer within 7 days. There is no special code and the free months are automatically applied to your account. After 7 days, the free trial offer expires.

To confirm that you received your free months:
Check the message on the Confirmation page just before you enroll, or sign into your account page at Instantink.com and find the free months under My Account > My Plan.
Free trial months are not offered when you sign up at Instantink.com – only at 123.hp.com and the HP Smart app.

Remember to take advantage of the free trial offer while you are setting up your printer!

Also, share us few details through a private message. So I can check the account details and help you with the issue.

Hi! @Ciao74,

Thanks for sharing the account details. I have checked the account details and it looks like you have cancelled the instant ink account.

If you still like to use the instant ink account log into the account and click on keep enrollment.

Refer this article to know more information about stopping the instant ink cancellation. Click Here

Also, I see you are on a 15-page free plan, so need to upgrade your plan to a minimum 50-page plan to claim the free trial benefit.

Once you upgrade the plan to a paid 50-page plan the 3 months trial would be activated and you will not be billed till June end.

Refer this article to know more information about changing the plan. Click Here

Let me know if this helps!

Take Care! 🙂
