HP Office Jet Pro 8740
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I switched from the 100 to 300 pages/mo for about 6 months. I should have 665 pages, but only had 83 listed. Is there a maximum number allowed?

Hi,

the maximum allowed number for Rollover pages would be your monthly page plan, and only unused pages from the previous max:

How HP Instant Ink calculates the monthly fees
Rollover Pages: The number of pages not printed from the previous month’s plan pages, which are rolled over to the next month. You can roll over up to a maximum amount that depends on your plan. In the following months, your plan pages are used first. When you reach your plan total, your rollover pages become available so you can avoid additional charges to your account.
