I am on the Account Dashboard for www.hpsmart.com. I am logged in. When I click on Account Dashboard, I am welcomed by name, and can see my printer. When I click on HP Instant Ink and the sub-menus open, each one is blank when I click on it - Overview, Update Plan, Print and Payment History, and Shipment Tracking. I have had this happen for two days on the app on my cell phone, on the app on my tablet, and now logged in to my laptop which is hard wired, not using WiFi. I need to order ink and I have a plan but I can't get to it.

EDIT 12/26/2022: I think I've figured out the issue on my end. I have an ad blocker and VPN because I don't buy things from ads and I don't want to see the stupid things, so I got suspicious that it might be why the page wasn't loading (god forbid a company can't give us annoying, ugly side ads or track what we're doing online). I paused my ad blocker, and would you look at that, the page finally loads. So if you have a VPN or an ad blocker, try pausing them and see if it helps. You can turn them back on once you're done checking the page.
This is happening for me too, I can't load my "overview" page or any page that's helpful on any of my devices. I can click on it, but then it just opens the tab and gives me a continuous "loading" symbol. I've restarted my laptop, phone, ipad, everything, nothing fixes it. This has been happening for me for a long time, I was just distracted because we were moving and I didn't need to use my printer as much. PLEASE HELP!!
