Hi, I joined the instant ink program and the previous month I printed 7 out of 15. How come the remaining 8 do not see them in the list of accumulated pages? Can you explain me how the accumulation process works.

You did not identify your Instant Ink Plan.
Refer to your service contract:
HP Instant Ink - Terms of Service (Click Flag to switch to your region)
If you are subscribed to the FIFTEEN (15)-FREE-PAGES-PER-MONTH PROGRAM
There are no "rollover" pages in this plan.
Other plans are subject to the description provided in section ROLLOVER PAGES
