Hi, my printer has its orange exclamation mark blinking and isn't printing. It has excellent wifi connection and is printing a test page saying that there is an error and I should sign into the app to check - when I did there was nothing I could find. There is no paper jam, I've disconnected the printer a few times from power/hard reset, switched it on and off, installed a new driver, still the same issue. I've taken the cartridge out and put it back in, still the same. Please help! I can't print!
