Product: HP LaserJet Pro M104a Printer

Hey, I recently got a printer for a shop which was old but was never opened. I wanted to connect it with a mobile phone rather than a laptop. I tried to use a OTG cable but wasn't able to select the printer. (As attachment shows). I don't have a fiber connection or a router there. What is causing this problem? Ps- I read few documents on this issue but they had too much of a technical language which i am unfamiliar with. Thanks!
