When trying to print wirelessly my printer reads as off line. For some time if I would reboot the printer and or the laptop or desktop, it seemed to work for some period of time until it happened again a few days later. Now I cannot get it to print from any device at all. I cannot see any action that is precipitating it going off line. Now in order to print we have to convert documents to pdf and put them on a USB and print that way. Very inconvenient.

Hi,
You cannot disable sleep mode for the printer, however, let's try figuring out what causes this behavior.
Please clarify your exact printer name and model number (e.g. M276n, etc.)
Additionally, both your laptop and desktop computers have Mac OS 10.14 or each computer uses a different OS version?

The exact printer name is LaserJet Pro200 MFPM27 6NW.
We have two apple devices running macOS Mojave 10.14.6 and one running macOS Catalina 10.15.3.
We also have a Windows running 10 Enterprise and one more Windows computer but I can't check the operating system right this second. The two Widows computers can print with less problems than the Apple computers.
The apples get the message that the printer is off line.
