Good Morning and Happy New Year, HP Geniuses!,

Ok, here's the challenge:

I just installed a new router.  And, now the printer can't find the new network. It is still listing the old SSID. Nothing I've tried has resulted in the printer finding the current SSID.

I have tried to power down the router, printer, and computer.

The router is located on the first floor. The printer is in a home office on the 2nd floor.

Any suggestions are welcome.  This has been a great printer for me for at least 5 years.  So, don't want to ditch it if possible.

Welcome to HP Support Forum. Please treat this as new router and use the following instructions to fix:

   http://www8.hp.com/au/en/campaigns/wireless-printing-center/reconfiguring-system-help3.html

Please also note: Your printer may only support 2.4GHz therefore you need to check and allow your router to broadcast both (dual) bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz.

Regards.
