It has been unfruitful days of search for HP Mouse Control Center for my wifi mouse lq083aa. Appreaciate that you can share the link if you know where get a copy of it?

I appreciate your patience and your time,

 

I had to take some time off and research on this situation,

And evidently, you need to use the CD you received along with the mouse during its purchase,
For details, click here

 

(under the installation process: Insert the supplied HP Mouse Control Center CD in your CD or DVD drive. The Installation Wizard loads).

 

That's the only way to obtain the software as it's not available for download since it's obsolete now.

Alternatively, you can use the windows mouse settings to make the necessary changes.
