Product: HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer

My HP OfficeJet 3830 will not resize the image to fit the page.  Even if I click on the “Fill Page” nothing changes image stays at the same size on the page of original size.  Whether I’m using it straight from the app or from the share then to hp printing directly.  I was able to resize the image to “fit page” last week.  I know I updated iOS for the 17 and not sure if that had an effect on it.   Thanks in advance for any help.
