HP OfficeJet 250 Mobile Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I'm have a problem with my HP OfficeJet 250 Mobile printer. It works very well on Mac, smartphone and Windows 10 1809 and earlier, but can not run the printing part on Windows 10 1903 (the scan works).

This problem has been reproduced on several machines: All those in W10 1809 and less works, all those in 1903 don't work.

Has anyone already encountered this problem and eventually solved it, or do we have to wait for HP to release an updated driver? ...

Thank you in advance for your answers ! 🙂

PS : Sorry for my bad English, I do not speak well this language.

Hi,

Installing the latest Windows Updates should resolve the problem, Microsoft has released a Windows Update to resolve it yesterday evening.

Cheers,

Shlomi
