Hi There,
Just looking for some help and advise before I rip my hair out as I never get chance to ring or speak to an agent during opening hours due to being at work myself. I have the officejet 3830 all-in-one series printer, which I have connected to instant ink. whenever I try to print an error messages displays on the printers disply screen stating 'Incompatable Cartridges. The indictated cartridges are not inteneded for use in this printer.' This is for the tricolour cartridge. But I don't know how to go about getting a new ink cartridge from instant ink as the ink levels won't connect to instant ink due to the cartridge error. I have tried everything I could following the troubleshooting pages. I have cleaned the cartridges and connectors inside of the printer but nothing seems to help. The cartridges that I have, have been sent to me from instant ink so it is not like I have bought the wrong cartridges. If soemone could help me before I rip my hair out I would greatly appreciate it.
