Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

HP OfficeJet 4650 All-in-One Printer series. I've had it for 3 years. Never a problem, then all of a sudden it won't print first line, or if it does only top half half of first line prints.  I have cleaned the printing heads, aligned, even did a Print Test that printed fine, but when I †ry †o prin†,  same problem. Since My MacAir is not very new and can only be upgraded to MacOs 10.13, I decided to uninstall the driver and all. I then downloaded newer version, installed it and everything that comes with it. Tried to print, same thing! I need to print a business meeting badge. It prints everything fine except..the Digital image of the QR Reader and at bottom of the page it did not print the scan bar..going nuts..Help  Oh, supply levels are fine, Color and black are vivid. Help
