Hi,
My HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e has recently stopped printing from iOS devices (it stopped printing from one a few months ago and then from the other 2 yesterday). I’ve tried turning it off and on again etc., but the issue remains. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for how to resolve this please? I was able to print off the web based printer IP site (a print report) from a macOS device so wondering whether the issue is confined to iOS only?
I was wondering if resetting the printer and then setting it up again would be the only solution, however I’m not sure how this works with HP Instant Ink. I have a plan against my current printer with rollover pages etc. I know how to move it to a new printer when both are on, but not sure how to effectively move it to the same printer again. Can this even be done?
Would really appreciate your help with this please, at a loss to figure out what further I can do myself.
