Chrome OS

I recently purchased an acer chromebook, set everything up, including my HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 wireless printer, registered the printer and was able to print from email as well as from Google Docs.  Now all of a sudden it won't print. When I select print it locks up in "loading preview".  I deleted the printer and reinstalled and registered it but still having the same issues.  Any ideas?
