Sorry to disturb again ... when I got to "Printer Home Page EWS",
HP OfficeJet Pro 8730
Embedded Web Server.
many options requires a secure connection?
I could not find ly way to estabish this; could anyone help?

Hi,
Thanks for using the HP Forums.
If the printer and your printer is in the same home network (which is safe), you can go to "Advanced" settings and proceed to the IP address to get to the EWS.

Hi Dean, thanks for such a quicke answer ... sorry I d not understand "If the printer and your printer is in the same home network", and also I know nothing about setting of home network!

Hi @JDC-HP,
Click the Advanced link at the bottom, then click Proceed Anyway and check for any difference.
If the message remain, may you clarify what antivirus do you use? may it be Eset?
