We setup 14 Officejet 250's yesterday. 13 of them had no issue. We set them up as IT and connected them all to the same wireless network in the office. The 14th one will not allow us to setup web services. It says that the printer could not connect to web services. The server might be busy or temporarily unavailable. Try again later. We have tried 20 times at least - powering the printer off and on. Disconnecting to wifi and re-connecting. Performed a factory reset. Went to the IP address of the printer from a web browser - all with the same result. When we retry, we get the message "The printer could not run the Web Access test. The internet connection and Web Services might still be functioning properly. Try again later." When I print the Web Access Test Results, it says "No problems found. Your printer has access to the internet, which is required for Web services." All Diagnostics results show as PASS. How do we get this resolved??
