Suddenly cannot use Mobile Fax "something went wrong, try sending fax again"

what is causing this? I have seen messages about a subscription but do not see anything like that in my account as an option.

HP Mobile Fax - Trial Start and End Dates

Better news - There is a fix on the horizon -

Our HP Community Agents have been updated and can assist when the Mobile Fax Trial software stops working due to the Trial End date.

What to do

Open your Mobile Fax account and check the Trial start and end dates.

If the Trial end date is today (or earlier),

Please submit a new Post in the Community and ask for help.

In your message, indicate that your Mobile Fax account is displaying an outdated end date.

Ask for help.
