Product: HP Officer 7612

I just got my hands on this product and I've been trying to set it to A3 but not happening. I sent email to the printer but it is printing A4 on A3 paper. How do I get it to print A3.

Hi,

HP ePrint does not support A3 printing, a such is only supported for printing from a computer.

 

You may find below document as a reference, see the 'Can I change print settings for an HP ePrint job?' section:

Paper size for emails: Letter or A4
Paper size for image attachments: 101.6 x 152.4 mm (4 x 6 in)
