Product: Vostro 14-3468
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Just set up this new Dell Vostro laptop and trying to print. I'm using Chrome and need to print documents online. The notepad will print to my HP Officejet Pro 8620 (wireless) but I can't print anything else. Help!

What happens when you print i.e. what response if any do you get. Have you configured your printer to be the default on your lap top?

I do not get any error messages. When I click "print" from the laptop, 1 of 3 things  happen: 1) nothing happens. It's like the printer is not getting the message to print or 2)  half the page (vertically) prints or 3) the paper comes out completely blank.

 

YEs, it's set as the default printer.

Also, in print preview the text is aligned at the bottom of the page and not the top. weird!
