Pavilion x360

I got my x360 laptop a few months ago. I never dropped it or anything and the bottom left corner of my screen is popping out. I haven't been able to find a resolution. I'm very disappointed because I really like this laptop.

@meh29,

Thank you for posting your query on HP Community,

Have you checked for any physical damage on the notebook?

If the issue occurred after an accident (such as dropping it on the floor, etc.) there could be a additional charges in such cases to get the computer repaired via HP service centers.

In this scenario, I would personally suggest you contact our HP support team for further assistance as this looks like a possible hardware failure with the display.

HP support team can be reached on this link.

I'm sure they should be able to go ahead help you resolve this issue.

That said, If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Have a great day!

Hi, I had the same issue except the right corner of my screen popped out when I tried to convert it to tablet mode and the screen cracked all the way. When I called they said even though I was under manufacture warranty I didn’t have accidental warranty so they could fix it for $600. Which cost more than the computer. My only advice is to buy accidental warranty on case your screen cracks so you can have better luck than me. Good luck
