Thanks in advance  I just linked my HP Printer to my Alexa Echo.  It shows it was successfully linked.  I asked Alexa to print a help summary and she responses that a one page help summary was sent to my printer and it shows my HP Officejet 6500A e710n-z.   However, nothing ever prints. I spent a lot of time with Alexa support and they finally gave up and said to contact HP Support. That's how I got here. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks EL for responding. I previously tried those steps in the link you provided.  The activity tab in the Alexa app shows that a page was sent to my printer and even lists my printer, but I don't get a printed page.

Thank you for posting back.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Alexa app?

Yes, several times. I was using Alexa chat support and they had me do that and disable and enable the HP printer skill.

As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.

I would request you to contact our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:  www.hp.com/contacthp/
