Hello Everyone! I am trying to use HP Smart to print photos from my Samsung Galaxy Fold 3 using the latest Android software & the HP Smart App is also up to date, but since the update, I have no option that comes up to show the option to change paper sizes from Letter to 8x10, which HP should know is a different size from Letter size. I can't print without a border now since there are no proper photo paper sizes to print from a photo printer. Also with the Tango, If I can't change sizes, my printer has become usless for me, I have no other way to print with that printer except the app. IHow do you change paper size from Letter size to 8x10? Hopefully, the other photo paper sizes like 5x7 & 4x6 are listed as I didn't notice them. or I don't understand how to print photos correctly. There is no option that I can see since the last update. Please Help, I'm absolutely frustrated this holiday season trying to get presents finished since I have been so sick & broken it's made me so far behind, sigh. Thank you, to whomever takes pity on me. Happy Holidays.

Check Paper Size Settings in HP Smart App:

  • Open the HP Smart app on your Samsung Galaxy Fold 3.
  • Select the Tango printer.
  • Look for any settings related to paper size or print quality.
  • There should be an option to choose different paper sizes. Make sure 8x10 is available and selected.

Printer Preferences:

  • Sometimes, printer preferences can be set directly on the printer. Check if there is a screen or menu on the printer that allows you to adjust paper size settings.

Update HP Smart App:

  • Ensure that you have the latest version of the HP Smart app installed on your Galaxy Fold 3. Check the Google Play Store for any updates.

Reinstall HP Smart App:

  • Uninstall the HP Smart app from your Galaxy Fold 3 and then reinstall it. This can sometimes resolve issues related to app settings.

Alternative Printing Options:
