Recently I’m unable to scan using the HP Smart app via WiFi from my iPhone (software updated) on our Officejet 8710. Another member in the family has no problem doing it. I have always been able to scan so something has changed. I have confirmed firmware is up to date and iPhone software as well. I’m getting a message my printer doesn’t support scanning even though it does.
I have also deleted the app and reinstalled it.
