iOS

I am unable to log into my HP account from my iPhone using the HP Smart app. When I attempt to log in (which I've tried about 25 times now) I immediately get the following error "Something went wrong. Cookies may be disabled: check your browser settings to ensure cookies are enabled. System clock may be misconfigured: make sure your system clock is correct. Session may be expired: close this window and try again."

I uninstalled and reinstalled. I've cleared cookies (which are on) and cache. Nothing works on my phone. I can log into the app on my Mac, but not my phone which I need in order to use my camera to scan documents.

Would really like some assistance on how to get my account logged back in on my phone.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Here's something you can try that works on Android that has the same Sign-In issues:

Can you try to change browser on your iPhone and see if that works?

Hope that helps!
