Product: HP Smart Tank 7005 All-in-One
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

To print a word document in colour on my MAC I have always used HP Smart App, found the document, opened in Print Preview and printed.  It is the only way I have found to print a colour word document.  Now it is not working.  I get the message "Print Unavailable. Print preview is not available for this file type.  Check or change the file type".   This used to be the only way I could print a document in colour.  Please help

1. Please reset the Mac Printer Systems, follow steps from the next video:

2. Then install the Printer software:

>> https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/HP_Easy_Start.app.zip

 

* Click YES   to say thank you,
