When choosing a photo to print on the HP Smart App, it says "Unable to Read Photo" when I click on a photo to print. It was working fine the other night when I first installed it, but now this is happening. Is there some sort of setting in the App I can change to preview my photos? Is there an update that I need to do in order to preview these photos?

- Firstly, let's update the printer's firmware, refer - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Please let me know are you trying to print from an Android or Apple phone?
