Product: iPhone 6

I tried to save my files from HP Smart App to iCloud on iPhone 6 and now I cant find them. Is there a way to get them?

A warm welcome to HP forums! This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.

I believe all the scanned images are saved in your iCould by default. You may use the Files app on your other iOS devices to access those files.

Here is how to do it:

1.) Open Files app on your iPad.

2.) Below Locations, select iCloud Drive.

3.) Open HP Smart App folder to access the scanned files.
