HP LaserJet Enterprise P3015x Printer

Hello,

I have an HP Laser Jet P3015 Enterprise Series printer and I'm trying to connect it to HP Smart. The printer appears when I press + add the printer, but the message is loaded and the printer is not added to the application. The printer is set correctly, it is visible on the network, you can print to it from the laptop, it responds to ping. Has anyone encountered this problem?

According to the help page for HP smart https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1716406-1413451-16?OpenCLC=true

 

HP Smart supports nearly all WIRELESS printers manufactured after 2010. The P3015 is an enterprise level product with no wireless abilities so it is probably not supported.  What feature are you trying to use with this printer that is not available through the normal printer drivers?

Hello and thank you for your intervention. I want to specify that the printer is wired to the network. I'm using the app on my iPhone and I'm trying to add this printer to the Smart HP app. printed appears when I press the + button, but when I select it, another window appears with the message "proceeding" and it remains blocked like this without anything happening. I updated the firmware on the printer, tried in another network, restarted the router.
