I am trying to print by selecting black and white using HP smart App from Samsung M31s mobile its not printing black colour instead its printing other single colour like green or violet colour.  Can anyone help the solution for this issue.

Do you have adequate amount of ink left in all the cartridges?

 

Please print a Quality Diagnostic Page and let me know if that prints out fine

 

  1. Make sure your printer is connected to the same wireless network as your mobile device.
  2. Open the HP Smart app, and then select your printer.
  3. Tap your printer, and then tap Print Quality Tools.
  4. Select Print Quality Report
  5. Examine the page.
