Was just wondering so last week I had the unfortunate events of spilling a little bit of water on my laptop and it shorted out the keyboard part of the laptop and literally only 10 or fewer keys work. So I went to a pretty well received laptop repair shop in my city (4.8 out of 5 stars based on about 500 reviews) and I later called them up to follow up on the quote and they said my model is pretty expensive and hard to find so I could either replace the whole shell of the laptop for 500 (because the whole replacement comes in a base shell I guess not too sure) or just the whole keyboard part for 350. I tried looking up how much my replacement keyboard would be but couldn't find anything in return (guess I don't know where to look) so i'm curious is 350 (the repair service cost also included I forgot to mention of course) reasonable for a repair because of how expensive spectres are or is my quote way higher than it should be? P.S for all you folks getting a spectre don't do what I did and not pay for accidental damage HP warranty 😞
